Data Deletion Request

At Kheepi, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, you can:

  1. Email us directly: Send a request to reckojean@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Use the in-app option: If available, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the Kheepi app

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, it may take longer due to technical complexity or legal requirements. We will confirm when your deletion has been completed.

Before you delete

Please note that account deletion is permanent. Once processed:
