Description of service
Kheepi is a consumer mobile application that helps you save things you find online — screenshots, links, products, restaurants, videos, and more. Kheepi helps you understand why you saved something and brings it back at the right moment through notifications, search, weekly digests, and location-based reminders.
User accounts
To use certain features of Kheepi, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User content
You retain ownership of any content you save to Kheepi, including links, screenshots, notes, and other materials ("User Content"). By using Kheepi, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Notifications and location features

We strive to keep Kheepi available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
Beta and MVP limitations
Kheepi is continuously evolving. Some features may be experimental, incomplete, or subject to change. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we improve the app.

The Kheepi app, website, logo, design, and related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission.
Subscriptions and payments
Kheepi is currently free to use. In the future, we may introduce premium features or subscription plans. If we do, we will clearly communicate pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies before you are charged.

Kheepi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be available at all times.
Limitation of liability

Termination
